About the Event
The event is designed as a practical and forward-looking discussion on the changing landscape of construction dispute resolution in Asia.

Rather than treating mediation and arbitration as competing alternatives, the programme will examine how they can operate at different stages of a construction dispute and how parties can make better strategic choices before a disagreement becomes entrenched.

The central premise is simple:
The earlier a construction dispute is addressed, the greater the opportunity to protect the project, preserve the relationship, control costs, and achieve a commercially viable outcome.
